What we love:
abcV takes vegetarian dining to another level! The menu is plant-based only but FULL of flavor. While everything tastes decadent, you’ll leave feeling satiated and satisfied without feeling heavy and weighed down by a rich meal.
Whole (or half) Roasted Cauliflower: This is the OG of the whole roasted cauliflower trend. It is so delicious! We love how they serve it with a side of turmeric-tahini sauce (cleverly served in a mini beaker – hello chemistry class!) that adds not only more flavor but additional health benefits too!
Fall means it's pumpkin season! But it also, unfortunately, means Flu season too. Luckily, Mother Nature is a smarty-pants and has made everyone's favorite fall flavor a great source of immune-boosting nutrients that will help keep you healthy this season.
