Whole (or half) Roasted Cauliflower: This is the OG of the whole roasted cauliflower trend. It is so delicious! We love how they serve it with a side of turmeric-tahini sauce (cleverly served in a mini beaker – hello chemistry class!) that adds not only more flavor but additional health benefits too!
A perfect summer recipe. Simply grilled scallops are the perfect vehicle for this lemony and herby dressing. The right flavors from the lemon make this Lemon Salsa Verde my favorite summer condiment for almost any grilled meat and seafood.
