abcV takes vegetarian dining to another level! The menu is plant-based only but FULL of flavor. While everything tastes decadent, you’ll leave feeling satiated and satisfied without feeling heavy and weighed down by a rich meal.
Whole (or half) Roasted Cauliflower: This is the OG of the whole roasted cauliflower trend. It is so delicious! We love how they serve it with a side of turmeric-tahini sauce (cleverly served in a mini beaker – hello chemistry class!) that adds not only more flavor but additional health benefits too!
Slow Roasted Beets with dijon, avocado puree, and chili aoili: This dish is beautiful! It celebrates the rich red color of the beets and is presented in a way that is remainest of a tuna or beef carpaccio.
Green Chickpea Hummus with Thai basil: This hummus is not only a beautiful bright green, but it also is a great way to start the meal. The chickpeas give you some plant-based protein. Plus you have the choice of having it served with pita and/or crudite.
Cocktails and Tonics: They have a great selection of interesting cocktails, including a Matcha Colada. But abcV also offers great options for those wanting to go sans-alcohol. From green juices to smoothies and tonics, they have something delicious for everyone!
