These ones are my favorite! :) I’m a vodka soda kinda girl and a lightweight at that, so light on the vodka and heavy on the soda. My college-self would be super disappointed in me but my almost-thirty-self is greatly appreciative! This spritzer is the perfect cocktail for these warm summer months and for those who like to sip on lightly fruity drinks without the risk of having a major hangover! Thyme, blackberries and honey make for the perfect combo; this drink is light, refreshing and subtly sweet. The local honey helps to fight seasonal allergies and the seltzer keeps you hydrated; so enjoy this delicious cocktail that makes you feel as good as it tastes!

From the Chef:

Not a fan of vodka? Gin would be a perfect substitute!

From the Doc:

Luckily this drink is NOT loaded with lots of additional sugar like most cocktail mixers. However, to avoid hangovers make sure to drink plenty of water (before, during, and after) your night out. Also, try to eat a balanced meal beforehand  consisting of fat, fiber, and protein. Sometimes, the worst part of your hangover is really from the resulting drop of blood sugar (hello headaches, hunger and irritability) that happens after a night of drinking!
