Hi, I’m Sara, an Integrative Medicine physician specializing in maternal wellness—what I like to call “Motherhood Medicine.” I’m also a mom of three little ones under five, so I know firsthand the beauty, chaos, and constant evolution of motherhood.

I created Daily Bloom because I’ve been where you are—juggling it all, trying to care for everyone else while struggling to find time for myself. Wellness shouldn’t feel like another to-do list. It should be simple, supportive, and fit seamlessly into the rhythms of motherhood.
